A new translation being written for this site
Alongside the Swarupananda Gita above, a fresh English translation of the Bhagavad Gita is being written for Diya, one chapter at a time, worked through slowly and carefully from the original Sanskrit. It is being written in the same voice as the leelas already published, so if you have read those, this will feel familiar.
Below is a preview of what the finished book will feel like: the cover and the acknowledgment page as they will appear. The first chapter, Arjuna Vishada Yoga, publishes in the upcoming weeks. The other seventeen chapters follow, one at a time. When a chapter is ready it will slot into this same reader, so bookmark this page and come back.
Until then, the Krishna's Vishwarupa leela is the closest thing on the site to the voice of this new translation, and Leelas indexes the rest.
